By placing an order you accept the following terms of trade:
PLEASE NOTE: Our website displays all public workshops and an online bookstore. Our primary means of communication with you will be via the email address provided by you and listed on your order. We will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the email address being incorrect or your email provider blocking its delivery. Please monitor your junk folder as some email servers (especially those operated by Government agencies i.e. Departments of Education and Health) may place our emails in this location. Upon receiving our emails we strongly recommend you add our address to your saved contacts.
Places are limited and booked on a first come first served basis. Registrations will be processed according to the advertised “ticket” cost and conditions. Applicants are confirmed to attend upon registration. A tax invoice and confirmation of registration will be issued via email to the nominated applicant and email address, the applicant is responsible for supplying clear and correct information; any changes, copies or additional contact may incur an administration fee. All payments should be processed via our online payment gateway at the time of registration. For approved purchase orders, full payment of fees is to be made seven (7) days prior to the advertised date unless otherwise negotiated. Should registration fees not be received prior to commencement, a certificate of attendance may not be issued until paid in full. Training tailored to your organisation is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the training agreement.
Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
Your registration is confirmed at time of sale/ booking and the following ticket conditions apply according to your ticket type:
“Sale Tickets" are for new registrations. No cancellations, no refunds, no name changes and no transfers are permitted. Payment MUST be made at time of sale/ booking via credit card unless otherwise negotiated.
“Early Bird Tickets” are for new registrations. No transfers are permitted. Cancel via email more than 14 days before a workshop for refund less a $49 cancellation fee. No cancellations less than 14 days prior to a workshop. Name changes permitted with 2 business days notice required via email.
“Standard Tickets" are for new registrations. Cancel via email more than 14 days before a workshop for a full refund (fee free). Transfers are permitted via email more than 2 business days prior to a workshop. Transfer is to another workshop of equal value, valid for 12 months from original date of purchase. Name changes permitted with 2 business days notice required via email.
Premium workshops such as DDP, Theraplay®, Sunshine Circles® and Attachment Style Interview have additional ticket types, prices and/ or conditions. Please see individual workshop for additional information, otherwise the conditions above will apply according to your ticket type.
We reserve the right to cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to the advertised date. In the event that the workshop needs to be cancelled, we will refund you or offer you a transfer to a future workshop. We are not liable for any losses or incidental costs incurred as a result of any cancellation such as the prepayment of travel, meals or accommodation incurred by you.
We reserve the right to make any changes to any workshops without notice including the substitution of an alternative presenter if the advertised presenter is not available due to illness or force majure.
The information provided in the handout notes and at the seminars/ workshops are the views of the trainer, and do not necessarily reflect the views of us. The information and professional advice delivered in the workshops and the associated printed material is provided solely on the basis that before relying on this material, delegates should obtain appropriate advice relevant to their particular circumstance to evaluate its accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance for their purposes. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind to any person or entity arising from the use of this information. Your attendance at our seminars reflects your acceptance of this statement.
Goods will not be shipped until full payment is received. Goods will be shipped to you as soon as possible after your order is accepted via post or courier, within 30 days or a full refund will be made to you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our office. Damaged or faulty goods may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery. No freight will be charged for exchange items. We will make every effort to process a returned item within 14 business days of receipt at our office. Returns will not be accepted for a change-of-mind.
Vouchers can be purchased for any value, which can be used for both workshops and resources.
Terms and conditions of training vouchers:
- must be used within 3 years from date of purchase
- if used to attend a public workshop, normal cancellation conditions apply
- can also be used for books and resources (postage charge may be additional for book orders)
- cannot be exchanged for cash
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalised lack of availability of utilities such as energy. Should such an event require the postponement or cancellation of a workshop we reserve the right to retain the value of your workshop sale/ registration in credit for use at a future workshop of similar or equal price or content within 12 (twelve) months of the original workshop date. If we are unable to provide such a workshop in a timely manner we will provide a full refund via bank transfer. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include changes in market prices or conditions.
